The property was solid and the hosts were fantastic, even the food was tasty. They arranged transportation and guided me to other activities, so I felt right at home. The upholstery, however, wasn’t that clean, but otherwise everything was good.

The staff were very helpful, the location was good, and the rooms were nice. Cleanliness could have been much better; I had stayed there last year and that visit was amazing, so this time the general upkeep and cleanliness really stood out as lacking. The common room definitely needed a thorough cleaning, and the recreation facilities were broken or missing pieces. Still, it’s a decent property with very helpful staff.

The location is good, the rooms are very spacious and well furnished, and the staff—especially property manager Raj—are helpful. Plenty of parking is available. The whole property, especially the common social space, needs better maintenance; cleanliness could be much better and the games in the social space need fixing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

There were multiple power cuts and no water in the washrooms. Food options were very limited and expensive. People were smoking in the washroom, and one common washroom was shared by 14 people. I booked a dorm for my family of four, including myself, with three females, but we were given an 8‑bed dorm with other male members, which made us uncomfortable. At check‑in, three young girls had also arrived and were given the 6‑bed dorm, where the remaining three beds stayed vacant until morning. When I asked the staff to change our beds or at least move my family to a dorm with females, he said those beds were already booked and someone had already come, but no one was there until we checked out.
