The location was sensational, the pool was great, and the view was awesome. There were no cable channels to watch LiveSport.

The proximity to Springdale and the shuttle to the park entrance was convenient. The room was clean and modern. The concierge was helpful and knowledgeable. The communication and directions for check‑in were easy. Honestly, everything was very pleasant.

The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed, even pool/spa towels. The location near the Zion bus line was great, and we took full advantage of the spa after a long day in the park. There is plenty of parking, but it was a bit of a hike to our room, and the path wasn’t lit, making it difficult at night, especially with multiple bags. The shower pressure and head were weak. I don’t really like the contactless experience; maybe it’s just me, but I prefer to meet the staff and have someone to interact with at my lodging.
