“Неплохо, но есть нюансы”
The location was fantastic and the property boasts a deep 1.8‑metre pool plus a picturesque main pool, set in a lovely grounds with a spacious room that was cleaned regularly. There’s an on‑site shop selling groceries and everything you might need at low prices, as well as a fruit stall, which saved me from paying for room service or having to go elsewhere. The downside was that the pools only opened at 9 am, so I couldn’t swim early; when I tried to use a pool at 7:30 am I was turned away, and the staff didn’t speak English or Russian despite many Russian guests being present. Without the GPT chat translation I wouldn’t have been able to access room service or dry cleaning. There’s no beach or pool service either – you have to pick up QR codes and then fetch everything yourself from the central bar. Breakfast disappointed me: no fresh juices, smoothies, or fish, only smoked herring; being vegetarian and avoiding meat, eggs, and Chinese food, I was left with cheese (served by the gram, and I took almost the whole buffet plate because they gave out so little) and vegetables. I ended up eating breakfast only two out of the four days, and the coffee was terrible. When I tried to book the spa, the reception was always empty.
