The houseboat itself is pretty and roomy enough for two people, with decent equipment and a nearby restaurant; on nice days you can also grill. We could have rented bicycles or a small motorboat, but we didn't. Unfortunately the roof was leaky, so during our stay it rained and we felt it: water dripped in the bathroom at several spots and onto the wall next to the sleeper couch, making that area damp. A maintenance worker came in between to patch the leaks, but he didn't manage to stop the dripping. I think the roof needs a complete overhaul for future guests, so they don't get soaked. Also a new coffee machine would be wise; the current one works but it keeps stopping during brewing and only resumes after a while.

The houseboat’s location and its gentle rocking were nice, and the kitchen was well equipped, but overall we were disappointed because of the damage.

“Gemütliche Unterkunft am Hafen”

Very cozy, well equipped, and the harbor’s bathroom was great. If the owner wants to sell the boat, we’d be interested—it's such a lovely spot. The terrace is very comfortable. The sleeper sofas could use a top‑per; they’re too hard. A second key set would be handy, and the internet is a bit weak.

A very picturesque spot overlooking Stralsund; the city is a short walk away. The boat’s interior and exterior are top quality, and a bun service is offered on request. We felt comfortable and would gladly return.
