The owners spoke English and helped us a lot, and the rooms were nice. There was nothing negative to mention.

Biyik House is the ideal spot to unwind before and after a long hike in Karakol, sitting on the main street and just a 15‑minute walk from the city center. The hotel is impeccably clean and stylish, with spacious rooms, a great breakfast, friendly staff who are very helpful, a coffee machine that serves good coffee, and optional laundry service—overall a very comfortable place.

The location is extremely convenient, right in the center, and there is parking available. The breakfasts are excellent, a buffet style, and the hotel is clean with guests walking around in slippers. The rooms are new and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors, and the staff are very pleasant, polite, and ready to help with any issue.

The hotel is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and close to the city center. Our room offered a lovely view of the mountains, and the welcome was excellent with a very generous breakfast.
