I stayed at a Riad in classic Moroccan style, and the staff were there whenever we needed them, always ready with a smile. Every morning the breakfast changed and was delicious!

Our stay at Riad Marrakech Doors was absolutely exceptional. The riad is beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the location is perfect, and the staff’s hospitality is second to none. This is my fourth time visiting Marrakech this year, and this has been the best riad I’ve stayed at. From now on, it will always be my go-to place! See you very soon, and thank you so much for everything!

I look for a place that’s new or recently renovated, so the facilities are decent and there are no surprises, and this hotel meets those needs. It’s not flawless; there’s a bit of wear on the bathroom furniture due to moisture, but nothing major. The location is unbeatable—peaceful in the Medina, and once you step through the door the street noise fades. It’s in the center and close to everything, just a few minutes away, no taxi needed. The setting is spectacular and easy to find. Breakfast is good, but you have to tell them the next day what time you’ll want it, because it’s a family‑run place, not a buffet, so they prepare it when you let them know. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the manager who gave us useful tips. On the downside, the room is dim, which makes it cozy for resting but can be uncomfortable when you need to unpack or read something. Check‑in starts at 15:00, but due to a problem with our room we had to wait over an hour and finally entered at 16:30, which was quite annoying, though I imagine it was a one‑off issue.

The location is superb, tucked in a narrow alley between the square and the souk, but it’s not hidden—just wander down one of the main streets and you’ll spot it. Very quiet and calm. The staff were super kind; we arrived five hours before check‑in and they had no trouble, the rooms were ready and we could use the space that day. They adapt to your pace, and each day we changed the breakfast time to match our tour schedule without any hassle. Breakfast changes daily and includes coffee, tea, a sweet, breads, and crepes with jam and butter. The rooms and the riad are spotless; the room is cleaned daily and towels are changed. They have air conditioning, and my suite had a minibar. Every time the room is cleaned they give us water bottles. The rooms and the riad are fully renovated and have everything you need—plugs, hair dryer, air conditioning. If I return to Marrakech, I’d definitely stay here again; it feels like home.
