I had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel, it's one of the best places I've ever been to. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome in this beautiful setting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I'll always treasure.

My stay was a mixed bag - while the surroundings were very warm and comfortable, the communication with the venue was quite poor, leaving me uncertain about what to expect. I had trouble getting information about breakfast, especially since the restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays during winter. However, when I finally arrived, I was pleased to find a generous breakfast spread waiting for me in the fridge, which made up for the earlier confusion.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, taking advantage of the stunning lakeside location, extremely comfortable bed, and hot shower. The views were breathtaking, and I appreciated the convenience of the hot tub, sauna, and on-site golf course. Although I had to get creative with my evening meal due to the limited dining options, the provided kitchen facilities made it manageable.
