“Really good except for the small details like the hand towels”

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its beautiful surroundings and the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast was a great addition, although I was a bit disappointed by the outdated shower and the lack of basic amenities like hand towels and bath mats.

“Work on the rooms especially tiling”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, I found the location to be superb and the staff were very professional and courteous. The cleanliness of the bed and mattress was also a highlight. However, I was a bit let down by the room and bathroom finishes, which didn't quite meet my expectations.

My stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to its ideal location that made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. The hotel's atmosphere was absolutely captivating, with a unique blend of style and elegance that left a lasting impression on me. However, I did encounter a few minor issues during my stay, such as some noise disturbances from the adjacent rooms and a slightly slow service at the front desk.

“Was not impressed.Poor internet connection, no aircon, tea/coffee, iron, nor minibar in the rooms.”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the hotel did a great job of accommodating large groups during peak seasons, the breakfast options often fell short, leaving me feeling a bit disappointed. On the other hand, I was surprised to find that some basic amenities that I've come to expect from hotels, such as a kettle, iron, and minibar, were not available in my room, which left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.
