A beautiful spot with a lovely pool and stunning views, and the reception was warm. However, I should have known ahead of time that there was no breakfast option and that the room was accessed via a spiral staircase, which might not suit everyone.

“Primitive”

The place was clean and had a pool to cool off in, but checking in and out was a hassle; the room faced the pool, lights stayed on at night, and the curtains were flimsy so light leaked in. Getting to the room required climbing a small, outdoor circular staircase, which felt risky for someone my age, and there was no staff present to help with checkout. Overall, it wasn’t a very positive experience.

“NIE WIEDER”

Nothing. The place was presented deceptively, unhygienic, and utterly intolerable. It was by far one of our worst booking experiences. The high‑quality photos on the site had little to do with reality; the side whirlpool images seemed AI‑edited—what we actually saw was a cold, unfinished construction site. The worst flaw was the water supply: the shower head was clogged with foamy hair, and we had to wait up to three minutes for a few drops to come out, then the water stopped again. A normal shower was impossible. This was not only annoying but also unhygienic and unacceptable for a paid accommodation. The host only said “sorry” without offering any remedy. Broken glass lay under the staircase on the lower terrace for the entire stay, posing a serious safety risk. Most furnishings were cheap IKEA pieces assembled carelessly. The garden looked grotesque: trees were brightly lit up to the canopy, while water jets sprayed fountains about six meters high. Instead of peace and relaxation, there was an over‑the‑top, almost surreal display. The claim of a hotel‑like stay was bold; in reality, you booked two rooms in a private villa that the hosts also occupied. This key detail was not transparently communicated, making the situation feel very strange and misleading. The whole stay was a complete horror. We requested clarification and a refund and can only strongly warn others about this place.
