“Esperava uma estadia com dignidade!”

We were moved to a second flat after a complaint. That place had a nice bed, an excellent shower, and a gorgeous view. The first flat was a nightmare: two flights of stairs in the rain, then another inside the door, a bathroom closet with no door that I found on top of the toilet, and it looked like termites were there. When I complained, the receptionist blamed me, saying I had picked the unit and should have asked about the stairs because the booking was made through a platform.

“Lugar bom, mas faltem detalhes que fazem a diferença”

The location is great, rooms are big, and the view is stunning. But the cleaning and upkeep were disappointing: the fridge didn’t keep food cold, there were no curtains in some spots so the room was blinding at 5 a.m., and it was impossible to get any darkness later.

“Decepcionante”

The view was nice, but the flat was a mess. The room was filthy, full of dust and a lot of termite powder that flaked everywhere, which hit my rhinitis. There were also little bugs. The beds were hard. We left early for Saturday and only noticed all this when we came back at night. The bathroom light switch was inside the closet – we only found out after texting the staff.

“Ótimo custo benefício”

The receptionist was very attentive and helpful, and the room had a beautiful view. But the lodge itself needs some maintenance.
