“Great for overnight stay before channel crossing”

The room was lovely, spacious and quirky with a very comfortable bed and a great bench by the window for reading or watching the harbor. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great for the beach, restaurants and shops. Parking was nearby. It was easy to get to the Channel Tunnel the next morning. I would have preferred to enter and exit through the hotel door instead of the pub lounge, but it was okay. The television in the room didn’t work at all and I couldn’t connect to the internet. The fire alarm went off around 9 pm and we had to go into the bar to tell them. Dinner in the pub was good but we didn’t receive exactly what we ordered from the menu. There was no free parking until after 6 pm.

The room was nice and spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a nice decor. It would have been nice if we could open the windows more than 2 inches. The staff were friendly and helped us store our bikes indoors. The windows opened very little.

We absolutely love the London & Paris and have stayed a few times… we had a beautifully appointed, spacious suite with a balcony overlooking the harbor and could not have been happier… We chose not to eat in the restaurant for dinner but breakfast the following morning was delicious, great quality and plenty of it! We’ll definitely be back… without a doubt!

I liked everything, but it felt a bit old and had many stairs, which is expected in England.
