They switched my reservation to a lower‑tier hotel upon arrival, not by the sea, and I had to search for a room that was already paid for and unreimbursed; it was a terrible experience.

The spot was absolutely perfect. The room was adequately sized, very clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast was superb. The lack of divider panels between the balconies meant less privacy.

The location was spot‑on and the sea view from the room was beautiful. For a four‑star place in the city centre, a bathroom balm is missing, and the shampoo and foaming soap come in tiny samples. There is no fan in the bathroom, which is a drawback. The room was renovated roughly, with little attention to detail.
