The stay was really nice with a good Mountain View, and the facilities were solid.

The hotel sits on a main road, making access easy. The breakfast and dinner buffets were pretty good. The rooms are quite spacious. The staff were very well behaved and helpful, and overall service was great, offering good value for money. However, most furniture, lighting, and fixtures in the rooms are old and worn‑out, so the property needs an upgrade. I booked two rooms with a mountain view, but one of them had almost no view because it was blocked by trees.

“Stay was good however cooking should be improved”

The staff responded quickly and promptly. The food, however, was poor and left me with idle time. It was easy to get cold during monsoon weather, and all chicken dishes came with bones only. The taste was not good, and there was no good location for a candle‑light dinner.

“Good and memorable”

The ambience, food, and location were all good. The bathroom did not meet expectations. According to the driver’s feedback, the driver’s accommodation was horrible. Bedbugs were present, and there were no blankets for them. Food was not provided on time.

“Not at all worth the tariff”

Things that we liked: Location Amenities Covered with greenery Size if the room. Firstly, it is no where mentioned that ala carte is not available and that only whatever is available for dinner buffet we will have to select from that, even for lunch the only option was thali, considering that there's not much option available nearby we had to order from the nearby resort (honeydew) our lunch. Secondly for breakfast only south Indian food is available, very minimal buffet options. Thirdly, we booked 2 rooms and both are structurally completely different. In one of the room (106) the only mirror available was a small one above the wash basin. Upon asking they provided a hand mirror, the washroom is open and attached to the cupboard without any partition! No hairdryer, not even a separate slab or glass to put the used toothbrush! I would not give it any more than a 3 star consider the tariff we paid! At almost 10k this resort stand no where close to luxury! Even the board at tge entrance was so poorly placed, it is almost faded !
