I couldn't even check in because there was no office. The place isn't handicap accessible, and we struggled to get into our room after two trips up the stairs with luggage. A housekeeper directed us to the hotel Nextdoor, which is owned by the same people. We ended up canceling our second day and heading to another city.

I requested a door inspection for the three nights I stayed because the deadbolt wouldn't lock and the code we received at check‑in didn't work. I waited three hours and spoke to two staff members one night, but I never got a reply on the last night.

The location was great, the price was good, and checking in and out was easy. However, the rooms were very gross: the floor was extremely dirty and stained, the décor was outdated, and there were sketchy people around. We were even asked to empty our own garbage and clean the room.

They used to have people and breakfast, but neither are available now. The lack of breakfast alone means I won't stay there again. Also, you have to take your own garbage out.
