Staff were wonderful and welcoming, the place was clean and neat, and I could turn to the owner with any question. Overall a solid option for the price. The downside: the room by the road gets pretty noisy from passing cars, which sometimes keeps me from sleeping; also it takes 1‑2 minutes to get hot water, and the bathroom drain is a little jammed.
