My stay had its ups and downs. The breakfast was good, but it could have been better if it were served hot, as it often arrived cold since it was prepared outside. I think it would make a big difference if they could prepare it on-site to ensure it's warm by the time I eat. That way, I could have enjoyed my meal even more.

I appreciated that the property was newly built and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I was disappointed to find that there was only one caretaker on the premises, and unfortunately, they didn't speak English or Hindi, which made communication difficult. Additionally, although breakfast was included, it was ordered from outside, with idli one day and dosa the next, and I felt it wasn't worth the price I paid considering the lack of an on-site restaurant.

I had an amazing stay at this property, which I absolutely loved being located right on the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. I felt it was a great value for the money, with nice facilities, including a private kitchen, and clean, well-maintained rooms. Overall, I would definitely return and recommend it to others.
