The rooms were clean and offered everything you need, but the staff were terrible. I stayed two nights, then booked a third; I asked to keep the same room so I wouldn’t have to change, and they said I’d have to pay extra. The next day I was told I had to leave it and no extra payment could be made, so I had to wait until 15:00 even though checkout was at 12:00, which ruined my plans. The staff were very rude, and the breakfast was awful if you choose the option without breakfast—definitely not worth it.

“No está mal”

The staff were friendly and the rooms were modern and comfortable. It’s close to very good and inexpensive restaurants, and the view from the Petronas Tower rooms is spectacular. However, there are almost no Western breakfast options; they give you a room without hand soap or shower gel, and the room wasn’t very clean. It’s a bit out of the city centre, and with the traffic it’s hard to get there.

“Room ok but not the quality of service and staff too junior”

The beds feel comfy, but the reception demands a deposit, gives you a tiny paper receipt, keeps a copy, and if you lose that paper you never get your deposit back – a ridiculous system. No one explained how the hotel works when we arrived. The pool is dirty and some tiles are missing, so be careful. The gym area has no air‑conditioning. There’s a rooftop bar/restaurant shown in the photos, yet when we went to snap a picture of the Petronas, the bartender told us the restaurant isn’t part of the hotel and we’d have to “buy a bottle or something” to get a view shot. Don’t advertise that spot as accessible if it isn’t.

“Fit for price”

The room’s design is good, and there’s nothing negative to mention.
