Convenient location, comfortable room, nice staff, great breakfast, but the Netflix wasn’t working.

The welcome was very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing else.

Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, a spacious and elegant room with a coffee machine, kettle, well-designed bathroom, and the extra touch of a shower hydro massage; breakfast was varied and hearty on the terrace overlooking the church, and the location was ideal for exploring the historic city. The only downside was the missing safe, but overall we loved the hotel.
