The staff was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good. But, they need to asd bacon. Not everyone like sausage. I didn't like the fact that parking was not included in the cost of the ALTEADY HIGH COST. I didn't l8ke the fact that the gate to enter and leave would not take the room key. I didn't like having to call and bother the front desk for access. I REALLY REALLY DIDN'T LIKE THE MANAGER'S RECEPTION!!! TALK ABOUT DISAPPOINTING! Take a page from the DRURY!!!

The staff were friendly and ready to help when we arrived during the key‑card shutdown. The rooms were spacious, had good amenities, and included complimentary drinks. Unfortunately, both stays had rooms that smelled, and the towels and sheets were stained. The shuttle service hours on the website were never updated; we counted on that info to plan our travel. When we arrived, we were told different hours because there was no shuttle driver. I was upset that this wasn’t communicated beforehand, as the shuttle was a main reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast was not great and offered less variety than before.

Breakfast was nice, especially the made‑to‑order omelets. The rooms were decent, and the woman who checked me in was kind and helpful. The hidden bed had loose chip chunks and crumbs. The shower only reached lukewarm temperatures. The beds were uncomfortable. Setting the room temperature lower didn’t cool below 72°F. The pool was white, not clear, and very salty—even for a saltwater pool. It was not worth the price at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and spotless, the bed felt super comfortable, breakfast and the evening social were awesome, and the location was great – a solid value that makes me want to return.

The hotel was so comfortable and clean, beautifully renovated, and the complimentary breakfast and drinks were fantastic; the only downside was that the pool was just 4 ft, which I wish had been smaller.
