It had an elevator so I didn’t have to climb stairs, was easily reachable by public transport, and the air‑con worked well. The building looked run down, the lane was very narrow and I had to dodge people on scooters. I stayed for 7 nights and the room was never cleaned.

The TV is huge, brand new, fully smart, and already logged into Netflix thanks to Camden. The balcony is pretty big, and the bed is comfy and firm with pillows that are neither hard nor soft. I arrived later than expected, but the girl was super nice and rode a scooter over to hand me the key. She responded to issues in about 5 minutes. The location is rough: taxis never drive down the right road unless someone in the building calls them and tells them the correct road (turn just after 7‑11 onto 27). Every driver would take the wrong road (29), which is one lane for bidirectional traffic, and then you end up having to walk the final 300‑500 m through an alley with luggage. The bathroom had a light musty smell that was fixed by simply keeping the door open during the day. I never could figure out the Wi‑Fi either.

The place was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that there was no window.

Room 511 on the 5th floor: the bed is great, the TV is huge, the room is clean, isolation is good, and the elevator works. 7‑Eleven and the Blue Line are close, and there's a laundry next to the entrance. The staff are very kind and available, and there's a number on the door to call if you need anything. The address given was incorrect; we had to investigate to find the right place. The real address is 16/18 Thanon Itsaraphap, Khwaeng Wat Tha Phra, Khet Bangkok Yai, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10600. The Wi‑Fi is very bad, and the shower water pressure is pretty low.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a huge TV, kettle, bowls, and cutlery. Laundry facilities are in the building. The local area is fine, and a 20‑30 min bike ride gets you to most places, so location isn’t an issue. The owners were very friendly, and I would happily stay here again.
