The reception staff were unhelpful and rude, and the service overall was poor; I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we arrived, the staff seemed unable to understand that we already had a reservation, and we were asked to pay a 1,000 baht deposit, which felt high—twice the price of a single night. We were assigned a room behind the reception/bar area, where loud music played until late and cicadas made a very loud noise. The room was tiny, dark, and didn’t feel as clean as we expected. The bathroom also needed improvement. Overall, it looked very different from the photos. While showering, the water suddenly stopped, which was inconvenient. At check‑out, the staff carefully inspected and photographed the room before refunding our deposit. We appreciated their attention, but the experience didn’t match the photos or description.
