The hotel sits on the edge of Zamora’s center, with the old town about 1.5 km away. The rooms are modern, the staff are friendly, and there’s a private underground parking garage. Nothing to complain about.

Nice location between the station and the centre. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was not well cleaned upon arrival; there were many hairs from previous guests in the bathtub, and the bidet was not spotless.

“Únicamente destacable el desayuno. No repetiremos estancia en éste Hotel.”

El Desayuno muy bueno. Soy Celíaca y tuve buenas opciones. La limpieza de la habitación muy muy mala. Tuvimos que pedir que repusiera gel y champú porque no lo hacía. No limpiaba los vasos del baño. El suelo si había algún papelito cuando llegamos, al irnos, seguía ahí. tuvimos que decirle que limpiase el polvo del la encimera del baño, y el polvo del envase de los pañuelos porque había una capa blanca. Mal también que no pudimos abrir la ventana de la habitación por la noche por estar encima del grupo electrógeno, el ruido terrible. y solicitamos cambio de habitación y dijeron que estaban completos. No vimos lleno el Hotel. Las plazas del aparcamiento estrechas, cuesta muchas maniobras entrar y sobre todo salir

Televisión sin codificar canales, tenía reservada un tipo de habitación y me dieron otra y tuve que reclamar el cambio. Personal no muy agradable. Parking imposible para hacer maniobras si no es un coche pequeño
