The staff were very friendly and polite, and the hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from Taksim Square. Breakfast comes buffet‑style and is very complete. I was overall very satisfied. The only downside is that the triple room is a bit small for three people.

The hotel really offers great value for the price, just a 3‑minute walk to Istiklal Street with pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Our room had a safe, was completely quiet (despite many noisy reviews), and the breakfast was solid. They let us leave our bags and even gave us an early check‑in an hour ahead of time. The staff were friendly. The only downside was the room and bathroom being tiny, the wardrobe barely fitting and we had to use the third bed for storage. The room isn’t luxurious, which is fine for the cost, so if you’re two people, book a triple to get more space.

I didn’t receive the room I had booked; instead they handed me a small room on the 6th floor and the original room went to someone else, which was disappointing.

The place was decent for the price, nothing more. The first night, the room had a strong tobacco smell; I asked for a change and they swapped it the next day.
