The beachfront view is great and the breakfast is hearty. Yet a giant cockroach roamed the room, there were plenty of bugs, the sheets were torn and the mattress was stained.

The location is very good. The mirror has stains, the curtains are dirty and barely hanging, and the overall environment could be cleaner.

The inn sits in an excellent spot, the breakfast is decent, and the room is pleasant with a garden view. The front beach is lovely, a real treat. What bothered me was the mattress and shower; the room is tight, so I found it hard to hang things after a beach day—no hooks or wall hangers.
