Wellness Hotel Patince

The food was tasty, rooms comfortable, and we loved the animation program throughout our stay; the kids were thrilled and the animators were perfect, especially Flip and Flipinka; the pools were nice, the water clean, and the spa tidy. On the last day we found ants in the bathroom. We’ve been to Patiniec for 10 years, staying in hotels and private places, and we were very sad to see how the area has changed; once it had a country bar, live music, bird cages, ice cream, rides, restaurants, a shop, a trampoline, and a chance to stroll and choose a spot for a beer, but now it feels like everything except the hotel and its restaurant has disappeared.

The beach was great and the service was perfect, but the air‑conditioner didn’t work – it was 36 °C in the room, so I couldn’t sleep in the summer heat; we were only given a ventillátor.

The hotel offers a wide range of activities and the wellness area is large, spacious, and refined, yet there’s little English signage or information inside the hotel, and the surrounding area lacks attractions; the hotel does provide some options, but the welcome sheet is sparse and not fully informative.

The outdoor pool is a highlight, but the mattresses are old and the pillows are worn out.

We’ve been coming for several years and are still very satisfied; we keep returning and will definitely come back again. We stayed in both summer and winter and were completely content.
