“Very quiet and convenient”
Near the downtown. The building is under renovation because of the strong earthquake that hit the area last June 2026, but that’s acceptable.

The hotel and room were clean and the staff were kind. Beware of the sewers; they can shut them off at any time and then demand 500 pesos to unblock them, doing it repeatedly to take your money. The hotel is run by a criminal organization, and room 301 is dangerous—my belongings, 400 euros and 67,000 pesos, were stolen there. The police are complicit and take a cut. Avoid that hotel so you’re not robbed. If a “party” is being organized behind the scenes, it means you’ll soon be the target and the community will prepare a nasty surprise. They use your money that was previously stolen from your room. The first police station works in tandem with the hotel staff and manages the property. “MAMA” coordinates from the police station and decides next steps. Watch out for their “emergency and first aid” services. Everything belongs to the joint criminal organization First Police Station of GENSEN city, and they’re ready for anything. I’m ready to expose this to the public and on television, and I’ll go to General Santos to clean up the corrupt people with the communities. I was arrested twice in three days and couldn’t recover my money (chat 100,000 pesos), my belongings, but I managed to return to Switzerland through the Slovenian Embassy and exchange their psychiatry with Switzerland. At the second arrest on May 30, they took me to the psychiatry department in Davao City, 230 kilometers from General Santos, where they built the IKON Hotel that I stayed in. After five days, I managed with the help of the Slovenian Embassy and two other people who coordinated my transfer from their psychiatry to Manila and tomorrow on a plane to Bangkok and Zurich, where I am now and enjoying my freedom.

The bed was comfortable and the room, including the bathroom, was clean. The shower had poor water pressure.

The location was fine. A proper restaurant for breakfast is needed.

I liked the price and the location, but there was no window to look outside, no breakfast room, and breakfast was served in a room that only had two chairs for sitting.
