The staff, especially Thao Linh, Thao cSkh, Hieu Oanh, Phuong, and Ty sinh Nhung, were all excellent, giving a perfect 10/10 experience.

The concierge gentleman was very friendly and helpful, and there’s a water fountain in the lobby. The dorm’s bedding is comfy, and the loft’s interior is cute with a washing machine, electric stove, and simple cookware. However, the dorm sits on the lower level of the building (basement) so airflow could be better; the first night it smelled like smoke, which was terrible for a non‑smoker. In the loft, the bathroom is small, the door inside has no handle, the sink is outside the bathroom, and there’s no separation between the shower and toilet; the glass partition is ineffective because it ends 2 cm above the ground, letting water splash everywhere, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided. Lighting in the dining area feels odd, with the ceiling light blocked by the hanging light.

“Lovely stay in a great location, we would stay again 😊”

Rooms were beautiful and the staff were so friendly. Linh Ty Sinh Vong Hieu Oanh Phuong Thao were wonderful. Breakfast was also great!
