My family of five stayed in a spotless room that was just right for us. The only hiccup was that the kitchen light was off and the fan didn’t work, so a night light would have been handy, though it wasn’t a major issue. The waffle machine was broken, disappointing the kids who were looking forward to it at breakfast, and the actual appliances looked different from the online photos.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, so I’ll book again. The air‑conditioner struggled with humidity and the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, but those problems are easy to fix.
