“The place was dirty.”

Getting into the property was very difficult, a passerby helped me, the living room had dirty bedlinen on the floor and the kitchen had dirty dishes in the sink and on the worktops, the room I booked had no bedlinen, there were dirty bottles and leftover takeaway, and the owner did not offer any assistance.

“Poor management from the managers”

The location was fine, but the management was bad: they didn’t clean after a guest checked out and handed the room to the next guest, so when I arrived the bathroom was unclean; I called the managers, they apologized and told me to clean it myself after taking my money, and I’ve had this problem twice at this property.

“Good stay”

It offered good value for money with a nice kitchen and lounge, but the yard could use more cleaning to match the beautiful interior.

“Would not recommend.”

I was disappointed by the location, which felt like someone’s house with a fridge full of food, so it was definitely not a bed and breakfast. The mattress was paper thin and had a cannabis smell. I didn’t stay long at all, leaving after just five minutes. We couldn’t even enter because the code they sent matched a different property; it took an hour to get in and five minutes to leave.
