The breakfast turned out to be the worst I've experienced worldwide; the staff barely spoke, I waited from 6:30 and only approached at 8:30 to ask if breakfast was ready, and the employees didn’t respond. The only good part was the room, but it was far from the beach and I had to wait until 8:00 for it to open, knowing the ferry leaves at 10:00.

The accommodation didn’t match the photos on Booking; apparently there are multiple buildings but that’s not mentioned in the description. The room and bathroom were quite small. They offer a water service but refuse to give glasses, claiming they don’t use plastic. They also offered two breakfast options (one with fruit), yet there was never fruit at breakfast. The hotel rules state that you must pay for towels if you stain them with makeup, so you have to be very careful. They charge a $5 per hour surcharge if you check in early, even if the room is vacant. One morning we were woken up early for cleaning in a rather abrupt manner, even though we had asked for no cleaning to preserve our sleep. The service overall wasn’t great; communication with the staff was unpleasant. On the last day we left our bags at reception and then went to retrieve them. They had told us the reception would close at 7, but when we arrived at 4 it was already closed; they didn’t call to inform us or anything, so we had to wait for them to open.

I was disappointed because the hotel and its surroundings are already the best in the area, yet the price doesn't match that quality.
