“very comfortable pleasant stay on the park side of the hotel. excellent staff”

The staff were very accommodating after our rough first night on the train side of the hotel; they warned us at check‑in about what to expect, but we didn’t think it would be a problem, and it was. I would advise finding out where your room is when booking. We were moved to the park side and enjoyed two very comfortable nights. The King suite is excellent for an extended stay, with a comfortable sitting area and balcony. The only downside is that they do everything possible for those on the train side, but there’s not much else besides noise‑blocking windows.

“Will not stay again”

The spot was great, but the bed was uncomfortable and definitely needs replacement.

“Decent hotel but in a terrible location”

Staff were excellent and very helpful at check‑in, but the location is right by the railway tracks and long goods trains run throughout the night, so rooms are equipped with a white noise machine to try to drown out the sound. Despite this, the bells of the level crossing clanging throughout the night made for a very disturbed sleep.

The room offered a nice view of the park and the staff were pleasant, yet we actually ended up in a room facing the Shark Club where a techno party rattled the floor; after calling twice the music was lowered but still played, and the parking underneath the hotel felt insecure because it wasn’t guarded.

“Did not stay long enough to enjoy this beautiful hotel!”

Everything was perfect, the rooms were spacious and cozy, the public areas were beautifully maintained, and the facilities were excellent—nothing to complain about.
