The place is close to downtown, but the shared space was infested with flies, only one bathroom, a broken door, creaky floors, and people sleeping in the living room made it an incredibly uncomfortable stay.
“Terrible (DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE”
The place was absolutely terrible. The photos online are a lie; the actual location is run‑down, dingy, and filthy. My sheets, pillows, and bed cover were stained and disgusting, and I woke up with bites on my leg the first morning. Paying the extra $20‑$40 to go elsewhere would have been a better choice, and the owner’s attitude was appalling, claiming she didn’t care when I reached out.

The proximity to everything is great and you can walk everywhere. I hated almost everything! The room I stayed in was not clean at all, it STINKS like a mix of old dust and cigarettes, and it’s not worth the money; everything shared is dirty. It feels like nobody cleans or even tries to. The bathroom was disgusting and someone had clogged the sink. There’s a sign that says quiet time is 11 pm‑8 am, but it’s obvious nobody follows it; someone had music blasting at 12 am and other noises could be heard from my room. The hallway is incredibly small, making it hard to move anything around. The price I paid felt like a rip‑off. Even if you leave food in the fridge someone will touch it. I don’t recommend this place at all; even one night was enough for me to never come back. Save your money and find somewhere else!

The accommodation was comfortable for the price and situated near the convention center, stadiums, and downtown. Wi‑Fi was fast, the room had carpet, A/C, a washer/dryer, and the staff and tenants were helpful. The problem was the owner’s lack of communication; she didn’t provide any last‑minute updates and sent me to a unit where all rooms were already occupied or rented, resulting in a poorly maintained apartment. I had to wait almost an hour for her to move me to the correct booking, which ended up in another complex nearby. Despite that, the friendly tenants and functional amenities made it a worthwhile stay for a weekend, though the communication gap was concerning.

The place sits right next to bus and train stops, close to the Baltimore airport station and the Washington station. The host was very friendly and quick to reply, and I could drop off my luggage after check‑out. Everything was fine for the price and the short stay.
