The room was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were very good. The bathroom was big and clean. The room was small but good. The breakfast restaurant staff were all kind. Tinapa Calbayog was good. The guard didn’t know how to handle big bikes and kept insisting, bordering on arguing, that I park amongst the busier scooter area with no clue we just want to avoid being cramped. Did not bother with the usual greetings after that. The morning shift guard was, on the other hand, very warm and helpful. Stark contrast

The place is great for grabbing food and shopping, with plenty of stores nearby. Nothing else to complain about yet.

Everyone on the team is super polite and welcoming, which really sets the tone. The spot is right next to the city center, and having Cafe Dania, Salt and Pepper, and a laundromat right next door makes everything so easy. We were here two years ago and it was still in good shape, but this time the laminate floor is peeling. We stayed for seven days and never got a room cleaning or a fresh set of towels and sheets. We had to empty our own bins and bring our own trash bags because no trash service was offered. It also seemed like the staff never got a break, working twelve‑hour shifts every day for a week straight.

The location is solid, and there’s a café and a restaurant inside the building, plus another restaurant nearby.
