Hotel Mgr went above and beyond to familiarize us with Eger and make us feel comfortable

The location was perfect, very close to the castle and right in the middle of the main city square. The patio was so pleasant to sit in, the staff even came out with some treats while we were relaxing and painting. The room was very clean and spacious. Be sure to remember if you booked breakfast or not. We couldn't recall if it came with complementary breakfast and there was a note in the room directions that gave directions on how to get to breakfast spot. The host wasn't very happy with our confusion and although it was primarily on us and we ended up paying, he seemed a bit overbearing about the mix up
