Hotel Nettuno

The place is very quiet, even at night, and the location is great. Small disturbances are normal for this area. The staff are very friendly, calm, and knowledgeable. The breakfast spread is generous. We were pleasantly surprised by a kind gesture on my wife’s birthday—thanks again! It’s the perfect spot for people who aren’t looking for anything too fancy. If I ever visit Bardolino again, I’ll definitely stay at “Nettuno.” Keep up the good work and stay true to your style! 👍👍 On the downside, there’s always something to complain about, but that doesn’t do justice to the people who work hard every day.

“A lovely hotel in an excellent location which was an ideal base to explore Lake Garda”

The hotel sits right on the edge of Lake Garda, offering a fantastic lake view from both our bedroom and the breakfast room. Our room was excellent, set to a high standard, the breakfast superb, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Walking into Bardolino’s centre was easy, making it a superb base for lake stays with convenient bus or ferry access to other towns. Highly recommended. Nothing to add.

“Gutes Hotel mit Potenzial nach oben”

The rooms are well furnished and clean. Breakfast is quite varied and the dinner is good, though it lacks that Italian flavor. The lunch pizza was great. We booked a parking space in advance, which was fine. The hotel has limited parking overall. Reception staff were very friendly and spoke good German, but the waiters had little to no German skills. Midday and afternoon service almost doesn’t work. Usually you have to walk to the bar to be served. When seated at a table, almost no staff came by—people were literally ignored. That’s not 4‑star level. Because the dinner didn’t feel very Italian, we ate out four times out of six dinners. There are many good Italian restaurants nearby. The city centre is about a 10‑minute walk if you’re looking for more options.

“Brilliant!”

Great location, good food choices, and excellent service from the staff. The room was decorated for us because it was a special anniversary, which was a very lovely thoughtful touch. Nothing negative to say, great from start to finish.
