The property was not located where the app had shown; when I called the manager he said no rooms were available. He should have verified room availability before accepting a reservation from a family traveller.

Apparently nothing positive to report; the place is dirty. The staff are uncooperative and rude, handed me a torn, wet towel, never fixed the TV, and didn't even keep batteries for the remotes. There was no hot water, even in winter, and the manager said none was available. After paying almost 3500 for a day, I was given a beggar’s blanket on the bed, a stained bedspread, and no cleanliness at all.

Breakfast was refused, bathroom tabs leaked, no brush or toothpaste was provided, no laundry service, no TV remote, only one wet towel for two guests, and the staff were rude. Any query should be booked online. This place is worse than a dharamshala.
