I was disappointed because the hotel’s access hours and the staff’s unhelpful handling of the issue caused serious inconvenience. I only learned upon arrival that the property closes from 23:30 to 06:30, and if you’re not inside by then you risk being left outside. The staff explicitly told me that this restriction was listed on Booking, but when I showed them my reservation it was nowhere clearly mentioned. I paid for a hotel, not a venue with a curfew: I should be able to enter and leave freely, especially when such a major limitation isn’t communicated before booking. In addition, the staff were not only unhelpful but rude. If this condition had been stated clearly, I would never have booked. Therefore I believe I deserve a full refund of what I paid.
