Showed up to find the place locked and no one around to check us in, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge for guests.

The house sits close to the city center and the employee who helped us was genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the building itself needs serious work—rain leaked into my room, and there was no one to guide us when we first arrived. It feels more like a large house renting out rooms with breakfast and basic room service rather than a boutique inn.

The location is convenient, which is a plus, but the accommodation was unusable: rooms were flooded, moldy, and the beds were soaked, while the pool was filthy. The staff seemed unaware of our reservation and offered no assistance, forcing us to scramble for another place at the last minute.
