“The no hospitality hospitality business.”

The room was nice, though some details were poorly thought out. The owners/management shouldn’t be in hospitality; they’re listed as a “hotel” but it isn’t one—there’s no reception, no staff on duty, no lifts, and no luggage assistance. Check‑in is self‑service, communication is only via WhatsApp texting and they won’t answer a WhatsApp call. You can’t get an extra key for building access, and there’s no code for the main entrance—only the room. It’s a low‑budget, overpriced self‑service tourist accommodation. The room itself was good size and the bathroom was nice but lacked a proper bidet (only a cold‑water toilet spray attachment). No USB ports, the kettle and tea service were subpar, towels were thin, poor quality, and grayish from not being washed hot with bleach. There’s no Wi‑Fi info or password in the room; the hallway sign password didn’t work, the safe was unreliable. I only discovered that the plastic key card for the power switch also opened the room door and main entrance by accident, with no notice. Many youth hostels and pensions offer better service at a better price, and there are proper hotels for the same cost. Booking this property was a mistake; filtering for “Hotels” and a private bath didn’t prevent the misrepresentation. The buffet breakfast didn’t even meet a US continental standard. I’m dissatisfied, won’t recommend it, and never plan to stay again.
