The staff are the most helpful and friendly I’ve met. Unfortunately, our shower didn’t work.

The location was fine. However, the pillows were horrible, the sheets were damp, and the room needed better cleaning.

The pool and lobby area were nice, but the rooms felt old and worn out.

Great location for anything at UMO. The WiFi that had to be reconnected every single time you left the hotel. Towels and pillows were pretty small. Housekeeping didn’t even make the beds. All they did (once) in our 3 nights was remove the trash from the bin (not the empty boxes we left next to the trash can) and added more towels - without removing used ones. Was shocked that beds weren’t made
