The staff were friendly and the rooms stayed tidy, yet the WiFi was awful—despite paying nearly $200 I couldn't stream anything. The pillows were thin, the room felt sparse, and the early 2000s TVs were tiny; an upgrade is overdue for that nightly rate.

The area around the hotel was nice, but parking in the mall lot was inconvenient.

The building was older, and a new location is being constructed next door; the staff were professional and helpful. However, the rooms were advertised with free breakfast, which was not provided, and all food and drinks required out‑of‑pocket payment. Additionally, a guest in my party found a bug in their room.
