“Worst accommodations ever!”

I didn’t like anything—there was no breakfast. I had to carry suitcases upstairs to the second floor, the room smelled like stale cigarettes, the only chair was threadbare and stained, and I was afraid of bedbugs, so I slept on top of the covers.

“Too expensive for the quality of the room.”

The staff were great, friendly and helpful, and the pool was nice, but room 327 needs an interior overhaul. Some walls looked like a repair had been done but weren’t painted over, the curtain needs replacement, and the AC made the room way too cold. Perhaps post instructions on using the wall monitor instead of the AC itself, but the wall monitor didn’t improve the situation. Most importantly, the interior lock that can only be locked or unlocked from the inside was broken and missing half of the lock. With a locked gate, that raises questions about crime; it didn’t make me feel relaxed knowing that lock was useless.

The room wasn’t clean, the TV didn’t work, and there was no Wi‑Fi.

“Dont book here the staff are rude and very dirty unsafe place drugs use in the place”

There were bed bugs and blood spots all over the bed, rats, garbage, and the rooms were not very clean; they were damaged and infested with roaches. The lady was very rude, didn’t care about my experience, and only wanted to charge more—she was charging over 250 on rooms that were not safe to stay in.

I didn’t get a coffee pot in the room, which was a disappointment.
