“Hotel was great except for beds!”
The staff were amazingly pleasant, caring and friendly, but the beds were super uncomfortable and my wife and I had horrible sleep.

The area is good and close to the freeways, but the beds were uncomfortable, very stiff and outdated.

The hotel’s location was convenient for my trip to visit my son at LTU; the gym was very good and there was a pool. Outside food options were very limited to fast‑food, and there was no café or Starbucks within walking distance, so a car was needed for everything. The bathroom had limited amenities, and towel supply varied from day to day—some days I received three towels, other days only one—making the service inconsistent.
