The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice, but they advertised laundry facilities on the page—one of the reasons we booked—but they don’t actually have them for guests. They gave us all‑inclusive wristbands, but when we returned that night they told us they’d made a mistake and had to remove them; a human error that left a bad taste. My bed was also extremely squeaky.

The housekeeping staff in the room were excellent. The food was good and the location fantastic; this was our second visit. Except for one instance, there was never hot water, sometimes even lukewarm regardless of the time of day. The music was very loud, and even the terrace door that was closed at night was disturbing. The room had no chair at all, just a single ottoman.

We booked all‑inclusive and were completely satisfied with the food, which offered something for every taste. This was our fourth stay at the hotel and we will definitely return. The beach is only a few minutes away, so we could stroll nicely and book excursions directly at the hotel, which worked smoothly. We also explored various towns such as Cala Rajada, Alcudia, Arta, and many more by bus. Overall, another very pleasant holiday; we look forward to coming back.

The room was beautiful with a sea view and the breakfast was good; the only drawback was the parking situation—finding a spot near the hotel can take an eternity. We were all‑inclusive and found that the buffet did not vary much.

The CC is just across the street, directly on the sea. It is an adults‑only 4‑star hotel. My sea‑view room had all the comfort; the beds were new and flawless. My all‑inclusive meals were plentiful, freshly prepared, and varied at every meal. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The entire property is well‑maintained and there are plenty of loungers by the pool. All in all, I am totally thrilled!
