You’re very well received by the host. Your own room, your own bathroom. Perfect for a short stay of 1 or 2 nights. The breakfast was nice, but for the price, a little extra like a boiled, fried, or scrambled egg would be nice.

The décor, the kitchen corner, the shower, the volumes, the bedding, the breakfast, the general comfort. The breakfast was served late, and the underfloor heating in the room was not adjustable.

The place is spot‑on, just a short walk from the science park, everything's spotless and tidy, and Jasper, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfy, with access to a shared kitchen and a fairly complete self‑serve breakfast, plus free parking. Communication was tough—no one could reach the hotel on social media from their car—and we only found out late that we could check in at 20:00 even though we arrived at 17:00; the delay was explained convincingly. The bedding felt a bit firm.
