The location was fine, but the toilet was dirty and the towel rod fell off the wall when I took a towel off it; the bed was bad and the pillows were rock hard, so we couldn't sleep.

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, aber die Hotel‑Flure haben sehr unangenehm/muffig gerochen; die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war ok aber nicht perfekt.

Gut gelegen, einfach zu erreichen. Der Pre-Checkin Prozess ist einfach eine absolute Frechheit. Man wird gezwungen, notabene als Tourist ohne gross Mobile Daten zu haben, die Arbeit der Rezeption zu übernehmen. Man wird auf allen Kanälen (SMS, Mail und Booking Portal) zugespamt, bis man es durchgeführt hat. Dabei muss man sogar ein Selfie machen - danke Datenschutz. Ausserdem war das Zimmer vollgestopft mit Geräten, welche in der Nacht stark leuchteten und laut waren. Wir haben kaum geschlafen
