Only a 6‑7 minute bus ride to the airport, and a couple of buses from the Cornavin station in Geneva serve the place. Ibis should not claim that this Ibis Budget is within walking distance of the airport, because it would be very awkward to do that with a carry‑on or a suitcase. A reference should be made to using the local bus that goes between the airport and Ibis. Visitors should also know that there are no restaurants, cafés, or shops close to the Ibis. It is pretty isolated.

“Great airport hotel”

The hotel is perfect for an airport stay—easy pedestrian access from the airport, 24‑hour check‑in, and a good price. Nothing to complain about.

The airport is very close, you can walk there, or you can pick up a free bus ticket at the front desk to take you to the airport.

We only stayed a few hours overnight before an early flight, and the hotel fit our needs exactly: the airport is just a few minutes on foot, the room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. A great, convenient choice for an overnight stay near Geneva Airport.

“Many thanks and I appreciate you, Ibis Geneve Palexpo Aeroport!”

It was a very clean, very friendly and very well located hotel. I had a hectic journey, a conference, then just a day to enjoy Annecy and it all worked very smoothly and successfully, because the hotel had an excellent location, excellent basic essential facilities - iron, staff 24/7 at reception and last but not least - they were all sunshine welcome and kind which makes life good when there is a lot on one's plate. So - i loved them and will certainly consider this hotel again when passing through Geneva. I even managed to squeeze a haircut because the airport has a hair saloon near the hotel. It was magic all of it. The towels were not overwhelmingly new
