As mentioned, the hotel’s location. The size of our room, a clean bathroom. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast was quite meager (e.g., no wheat rolls, only rye or poppy seed). Tables were only cleaned occasionally during breakfast. The staff’s German was poor and sometimes not very friendly.

The room was quite comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fairly complete and has many options; it’s a buffet. Everything matched what I was looking for.

I liked the stylish design, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff, but the breakfast area was a huge disappointment. On day one I could barely find a spot, and by day two it was impossible—over 30 minutes passed with no chance to sit. Long queues at the buffet forced me to eat standing, which is not how I imagine a pleasant start to the day. I won’t come back, at least not with breakfast.
