I found the hotel’s location super convenient and the range of services available was great. The shuttle to the Haram runs every two hours, with a bus right outside the hotel for both departure and return, which saved me effort and money. The rooms aren’t the best but they’re very good for the price. The internal environment is quiet and all services are available. The reception staff feel like local kids, friendly but not quite professional. The only downside was the morning staff presence at the hotel.
