“Inviting hotel with all of the conveniences needed to feel like home!”

The rooms are spacious, including the bathroom. The cleaning crew is on top of everything. Whenever you need something they are happy to help. Every single person at the front desk was genuinely helpful and always kind. We just moved here and it has been so hard to feel like we made the right decision. We have truly felt at home here.

“Double charged for my stay - had to chase my refund down”

The property and location were great, but I booked and paid for the stay, and then a couple of days after leaving the hotel charged my card on file for the night I stayed. They said they’d reverse it because it was an accidental charge, but that explanation seemed doubtful since it happened two days later. I had to dispute it with my credit card company, and they told me it would take 5 to 10 business days. After 15 days it still wasn’t resolved, so I had to keep fighting it. I’ve worked as a front desk manager for a hotel about 12 years ago and know how these bookings work with third‑party sites; there’s no chance of an accidental charge to the card on file for the night in question. I consider this shady business practice.

“Overall great experience”

Breakfast was good, but I didn’t like that parking was charged.

The breakfast was good and coffee was available all day, but I didn’t like paying for parking, and because of that I probably won’t stay there again.
